Return & Refund Policy

At Cowbell Apparel, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality gear. Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review our clickable sizing charts and Sizing Help section carefully before completing your purchase.

Sizing & Fit

We want you to love your gear and feel great wearing it. If your item arrives and the fit just isn't what you expected, please shoot us an email at support@cowbellapparel.com within 30 days. While standard size exchanges aren't guaranteed, we handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to find a fair solution to get you back to the grill happy.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error (such as a misprint), we will happily offer a free replacement or a refund.

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.
  • Process: Please email support@cowbellapparel.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will review it and make it right.

Lost Packages & Shipping Delays

  • If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
  • We do not issue refunds for packages that are delayed by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) due to weather, high volume, or other unforeseen transit disruptions.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for any shipping and reshipment costs.
