Order Processing & Transit Time
Because your gear is printed to order just for you, please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be processed and printed before they ship. Once your order leaves the shop, standard shipping transit time is typically 3-5 business days. While most packages arrive within 7 days from the date you placed your order, please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier & Unforeseen Delays
We work hard to get your order out the door as fast as possible. However, once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, transit times are entirely in their hands. We are not responsible or liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Carrier network disruptions or routing errors.
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Peak holiday shipping volumes and carrier backlogs.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you experience a significant delay, please check your tracking link for the most up-to-date information directly from the carrier.
