Mix and match designs, colors, and sizes across your order. Add the qualifying number of items to your cart, enter the matching code at checkout, and we’ll get The Herd moving.

Wholesale pricing applies to qualifying apparel orders only. You may mix and match designs, colors, and sizes to reach the order minimum.
All Cowbell Apparel tees are custom printed to order, so please order early if you need your order for a specific event, retail drop, or deadline.

Wholesale Terms
Minimum Wholesale Order
Our minimum order for wholesale discounts is 20 items. You may mix and match sizes, colors, and designs.
Shipping
Shipping costs and timelines may vary depending on order size and destination. Production and shipping estimates are not guarantees, especially for large orders or event deadlines.
Returns & Replacements
Because each item is printed to order, wholesale orders are final sale unless items arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or we made an error. If something is wrong on our end, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Discount Code Use
Wholesale discount codes cannot be combined with any other Cowbell Apparel promotions, discounts, free shipping offers, or coupon codes.
Samples
Want to check out the fit and feel before committing to a wholesale order? Place a regular non-wholesale order for samples first.
Custom or Larger Orders
Need something beyond our standard tiers or have a special request? Reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Legal Terms
Resale Only
Wholesale purchases are intended for resale through your approved shop, event, organization, or business. Cowbell Apparel products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms without written approval.
Brand Representation
Cowbell Apparel reserves the right to revoke wholesale access if products are marketed, displayed, or sold in a way that misrepresents the brand or conflicts with our standards.
Sales Tax
Buyers are responsible for providing any required resale certificate, tax ID, or exemption documentation before placing a wholesale order. If no valid documentation is provided, applicable taxes may be charged depending on your location.
Customer Service & Returns
Retailers are responsible for handling customer service, returns, and exchanges for their own buyers. We’re happy to support behind the scenes if there is a print, fulfillment, or product issue that falls under our replacement policy.
Intellectual Property
All Cowbell Apparel designs, logos, brand names, product names, images, and copy are the property of Cowbell Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for derivative products.
Agreement
By placing a wholesale order with Cowbell Apparel and using a wholesale discount code, you agree to the terms outlined on this page in addition to our standard Terms of Service. These terms may be updated at any time.
